4. Digital Delivery, Payments & Cancellation Policy

Digital tools and software access are delivered immediately upon account provisioning or payment completion. All billing transactions, order cancellations, and refund requests are governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected] and will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, branding, source code, logos, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of One Day Developers and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
